The Aston Villa man came off the bench for Kane late on, and he finished so brilliantly in the last minutes of the game. It was a tense second half after England had dominated in the first, but in the end, Gareth Southgate's men have made back-to-back European Championship finals. Heartbreak for the Dutch, who were so close to reaching the final, but they probably did lose to the better team on the day. They will face Spain in the final.
