Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior (22) has denounced on social media that he is tired of the racist chants he receives at different LaLiga grounds, while accusing the league of apathy. The organisation presided over by Tebas has responded by denouncing the insults received by the Brazilian in Valladolid to the Public Prosecutor's Office and reminding the player that it does act against those abusers.

On his Instagram profile, Vinicius has said enough is enough. He is tired of having to listen to chants against him, insults because of the colour of his skin and other offensive gestures towards him.

"Racists continue to go to stadiums and watch the biggest club in the world up close and LaLiga continues to do nothing," Vinicius wrote on Twitter.

"I will continue with my head held high and celebrating my victories and those of Madrid."

LaLiga does want that responsibility or the image that it is not fighting to end racism. It has made clear in a statement where they have "detected racist insults from some people, from the stands of the Zorrilla stadium, published on social networks.

"These facts will be reported to the Anti-Violence Commission and the Public Prosecutor's Office for hate crimes, as has been done on other occasions in which LaLiga, after investigating racist behaviour inside and outside the stadiums, has led the fight against this type of act."

The football body has also insisted that it has been dealing with these cases since the 18/19 season along the Hate Prosecutor's Office.

Vinicius is not the only player to face racist abuse in Spain. Both Inaki and Nico Williams of Athletic Bilbao have been abused with both cases going to the Prosecutor's Office as well as Carlos Akapo.
