Group A
Going into the last round in Group A, Both Fiorentina and Basaksehir had already secured promotion to the next round, being level on 10 points. That meant that Hearts and RFS had little to play for as they were already eliminated.
As it turned out, Fiorentina won 3-0 in Latvia but it wasn't enough to top the group as Basaksehir's 3-1 win over Hearts meant that they took top spot on goal difference and go straight through to the Round of 16.

Group B
West Ham had already won Group B and they continued their perfect record to finish the group stage with six wins from six after beating FCSB comfortably.
Silkeborg and Anderlecht were going head-to-head for second place in the group and an early red card for the Danish side gave Anderlecht the advantage. The Belgian team went on to win 2-0 and jump into second place.

Group C
No one was able to catch up with Villarreal in first place entering the last round but Lech Poznan had it all to play for against them in Poland. Their massive 3-0 win meant that Hapoel Beer Sheva’s thumping victory over Austria Vienna was irrelevant in the end as the Israelis could only finish third.

Group D
Three teams would need to squeeze into two in Group D with FC Koln, Nice, and Partizan all able to qualify for the next rounds going into the last matchday.
Koln and Nice drew, as did Partizan and Slovacko in the other match.
Those results meant that Koln were the unlucky ones to just marginally miss out along with last-placed Slovacko as Nice and Partizan went through. The French side just took top spot in the group on goal difference ahead of Partizan.

Group E
Top spot was all there was to play for in Group E with Alkmaar and Dnipro-1 already through. Dnipro narrowly lost to the Dutch side and didn't manage to overtake them at the first place, but was qualified from the second spot nonetheless.
Apollon beat last placed Vaduz by a single goal to keep their third place.

Group F
Djurgarden had secured top spot in Group F before and closed it out by winning 1-0 over Shamrock Rovers to stay undefeated in the group stage.
Two teams playing for the second qualifying spot, Gent and Molde, played a surpsiginly uneven affair. Gent won 4-0 with all goals coming in the second half to push their opponents to the unlucky third place and qualify for the next round.

Group G
In a very evenly contested group, Sivasspor drew with Slavia Prague to claim top spot and leave the Czech club just two points behind in the third place. Cluj defeated last place Ballkani to overtake Slavia in the second place.

Group H
Both Slovan Bratislava and FC Basel won 2-1 away to get to 11 points and qualify for the spring stage. Slovan became the first Slovak side in 17 years to get out of the group stage of a European competition.
